Online exam registration

Registration for all exams is carried out via the student service, without the need to visit the Student Affairs Office counters.

In order to online register an exam that a student has already taken four times, online tracking of these payments is introduced through the student\s financial record. For this reason, a new feature is introduced - a Personal Reference Number (PRN) for exam registration for each student. Payments for this purpose will be recorded separately, and based on the status of those payments, the student will be able to register exams online that require payment.

The PRN for tuition fees and the PRN for exam registration are different. !

If the purpose of payment is exam registration: the personal reference number for exam registration must be used, with the mandatory indication that the payment code is 97;

The student can see his/her personal reference number (PRN) for tuition fees and for exam registration in the student service under the “Finance” section.
Proofs of payment or certified payment slips, regardless of the payment purpose and whether the PRN was used or not, should be kept by the student in case of any discrepancies in the electronic financial records.
Payments made using the PRN will, after automatic online processing, be visible and should be checked in the student service.

IMPORTANT! Please note that payment processing may take up to 48 hours (2 working days), so make sure to complete your payments on time.

The PRN for tuition fees and the PRN for exam registration are PERSONAL - each student has their own unique reference numbers! Do not use someone else’s PRN.
