ROLL CALL AND STUDENT ENROLMENT

The roll call of candidates according to the final ranking list will take place at the premises of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. After the roll call, the enrolment of students according to the final ranking list will take place at the counters of the Student Affairs Office.

10:00 AM — Roll call of candidates according to the list, from 1 to 20 from the final ranking list, and then the roll call of the candidates according to the final ranking list until the approved number of places has been filled, followed by enrolment


FOR THE STUDY PROGRAMME BACHELOR ACADEMIC STUDIES – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING for the studies in Serbian

June 30, 2026
10:00 AM — Roll call of the candidates according to the list, from 1 to 260 from the final ranking list for the studies in Serbian, followed by enrolment

July 1, 2026
10:00 AM — Roll call of the candidates according to the list, from 261 to 520 from the final ranking list for the studies in Serbian, followed by enrolment

July 2, 2026
10:00 AM — Roll call of the candidates who were justifiably absent from the roll call on June 30 and July 1, followed by the roll call of the candidates according to the final ranking list for the studies in Serbian until the approved number of places has been filled, followed by enrolment


FOR THE STUDY PROGRAMME BACHELOR ACADEMIC STUDIES – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING for the studies in English

10:00 AM — Roll call of the candidates according to the final ranking list for the studies in English until the approved number of places has been filled, followed by enrolment


The candidate who has acquired the right of enrolment, and does not enrol in the prescribed deadline, loses the right to enrol and the next candidate according to the determined order will be enrolled instead.

It is necessary for the candidates to strictly adhere to all deadlines because subsequent appeals will not be acknowledged!

NOTE: After enrolling in the 1st (first) semester of studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the student does not have the right to drop out of the Faculty until the beginning of the 2nd (second) semester or the right to the refund of the tuition fee for the 1st semester.

For students enrolling in the additional enrolment period (should places remain available), the date and timetable will be announced subsequently.


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLMENT


THE ENROLMENT OF STUDENTS WHOSE STUDIES ARE FINANCED FROM THE BUDGET OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

The candidates who have earned the right to enrolment in this category submit the following:

1. the verified confirmation of application to the Call for enrolment;
2. original certificates (for inspection) and certified photocopies of the certificates of completion for all grades of the previously completed secondary school, as well as the original diploma on the passed final, i.e. graduation exam (for inspection) and a certified photocopy of the diploma on the passed final, i.e. graduation exam;
3. birth certificate only for foreign citizens and for all the candidates born outside the Republic of Serbia;
4. 2 (two) photos 45 x 35 mm (one for ŠV-20, the second for the student book)
5. a filled-in and signed ŠV-20 form (the form can also be filled out on the computer, and the signed printed version is submitted to the Faculty with a photo glued in the designated place). The ŠV-20 form can be obtained at the FME bookstore;
6. a filled-in and signed student book, with the photo glued to the designated place in the student book (DO NOT GLUE THE FOIL). The student book should be bought at the FME bookstore;
7. a filled-in and signed contract regulating the mutual rights and obligations of the student and the higher education institution (the contract can be obtained from at the FME bookstore);
8. proof of payment of the fee for the costs of enrolment in Bachelor academic studies, candidates pay a separate fee for each study programme they wish to enrol in, in the amount of 4,000.00 dinars, to the current account of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering number: 840-32848845-64 with payment code 162;
9. proof of payment to the Career Development Centre of the University of Belgrade.


THE ENROLMENT OF STUDENTS WHO PAY THE TUITION FEE (SELF-FINANCING STUDENTS)

The candidates who have earned the right to enrolment in this category submit the following:

1. the verified confirmation of application to the Call for enrolment;
2. original certificates (for inspection) and certified photocopies of the certificates of completion for all grades of the previously completed secondary school, as well as the original diploma on the passed final, i.e. graduation exam (for inspection) and a certified photocopy of the diploma on the passed final, i.e. graduation exam;
3. birth certificate only for foreign citizens and for all the candidates born outside the Republic of Serbia;

* NOTE: For foreign students who are self-financed, the additional part of the tuition fee for University of Belgrade is 2,500 RSD instead of 2,000 RSD.
11. proof of payment of the tuition fee:
- FOR THE STUDY PROGRAMME BACHELOR ACADEMIC STUDIES – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING for the studies in Serbian the proof of payment of the first instalment of the tuition fee IN THE AMOUNT OF 11.100,00 DIN.
- FOR THE STUDY PROGRAMME BACHELOR ACADEMIC STUDIES – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING the proof of payment of the first instalment of the tuition fee IN THE AMOUNT OF 18.000,00 DIN.
- FOR THE STUDY PROGRAMME BACHELOR ACADEMIC STUDIES – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING for the studies in English the proof of payment of the tuition fee IN THE AMOUNT OF 5.000,00 EUR.
12. proof that the candidate has health insurance for the academic year he/she is enrolling in – only for foreign citizens.
